Absolutely! If you are not satisfied within thirty days of your order, we will refund your payment (on arrival of pc). We will pay for return shipping, and we will send you instructions and instapak to send the package back. Returns after the thirty day period may be accepted on a case by case basis. If you have any issues with the pc or any components are broken don't stress. We buy everything new with warranties so we can replace any part typically within the first year.

Your PC will arrive 4 business days after parts arrive. We will keep you updated when parts arrive, and can video chat and send photos along the way. We make you a part of the whole process from making the parts list to building the PC. Sometimes problems arise with the supply chain so if any changes to your build happen you will be notified personally and all changes have to be approved by you.
